Chaos and comfort.
The room was clean and what I had expected.
The elevator broke and the room phone never worked. Separately, the staff called me 3 times to ask if I had changed rooms (which I did not). I also had staff come to my door to ask if I had changed rooms. It seems like staff needs to focus on what they’re doing to minimize unnecessary calls/visits to guests.

Liked the accommodations, but didn’t like the night clerk’s attitude.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Good parking area.
My husband and I had been on the road for almost twelve hours, so by the time that we reached the hotel, we were tired and not looking our best. We had on shorts and t-shirts. We were greeted by a young man dressed very nicely. He took one look at us and gave us the impression that he thought we should have gone to a cheaper hotel. What stood out in my mind was that the person checking in ahead of us was dressed the same way, yet was treated very nicely. I must say that the next morning, the young man at the desk was totally different and was very nice.

Deliciosos para descansar.
La comodidad en las caas y almohadas es basica, pero tambien el baño y la regadera, excelente todo y muy limpio, no me encantan las tinas para bañarse, pero todo excelente.
NO hay desyunos, no hay comida, no hay roomservice.
