    It was very comfortable and treated with good customer service

    I liked everything about this place. Handicap parking and our room was perfect being handicap accessible. They gave new towels each day and made bed. Good customer service

    Extremely overpriced - even the hotel staff said “no wonder the hotel has been so empty!”

    I expected WAY more from a hotel that I was paying $320 a night for in the middle of nowhere! Not to mention the horrible $20 drink from the lobby bar AND that I had watering dripping on me as I sat in the lobby to drink the bad cocktail.

    Gone downhill

    This hotel is really going downhill. The shower curtain does not span the shower opening thus allowing water to splash all over the floor. The tile on the bathroom floor is extremely slippery. The bed is not as comfortable as I’m used to at a Sheraton/Marriott property. They have gone cheap with the towels. Once the towels were large, thick, and plush. Now, they are thin, stiff, and cheap. There is mold under the corner soap dish in the shower. The sheer curtains are torn. The mini fridge never seems to get cold. The small couch/loveseat is super uncomfortable. Whoever chose this furniture must have been drunk. Not a good experience.

    Nice stay for Gettysburg bike week

    Central location. Bartender was great.

    Breakfast was blah, go to the diner next door.
