    Poor Guest Experience – They Could Do Better

    24/7 access to the pool was good

    When we presented our Booking.com reservation receipt, the staff initially informed us that we were not entitled to breakfast. Access to breakfast was eventually granted, but the initial confusion was unnecessary and could have been avoided with clearer communication. Additionally, the rooms lacked basic amenities. There were no kettles in the rooms, so we had to rely on a hot-water flask placed in the corridor. There was also no designated space to store our suitcases. To make matters worse, when we ran out of bathing soap, we were informed that it could not be replenished. Overall, these shortcomings affected the comfort and convenience of our stay and fell short of our expectations. We recommend better coordination regarding booking inclusions, improved room facilities, and more reliable housekeeping to ensure guests receive the standard of service they expect.

    Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and had a good attitude.

    Breakfast had a nice selection. A chef made an omelette for you to your taste. Staff were quick to help. Staff also engaged in light conversation which was nice.

    There was no quiet area where you could sit and relax. The room lighting wasn't the best, there was no desk light for you to work.
