The short time we spent at courtyard was exhausting and uncomfortable due to lack of AC and roaches

Front desk staff were friendly. Location is in walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and a movie theater is near by. Room is a decent size.

A/C didn't cool well , found multiple roaches in the room, windows were stained so bad you couldn't see out of them. After 1 day of finding roaches we asked for a refund which they agreed too.. at that time courtyard put in a request for booking .Com to refund us which booking.com have yet to do.
