    Dirty and unkept

    The staff was kind and inviting.

    There were stains on our bedsheets. The couch in the room was stained. The curtain barely closed. The bathroom tile and floor are stained. And when I got out of the shower, the floor was so dirty that you could see the dirt in the water of my footsteps. It was gross. We will not be staying there again for $200 a night, I expected a lot more.

    It was a place to sleep.. has gone downhill for sure.

    the location was located within nice area of town, close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

    The floors were trashed - literally rolled my ankle walking down the hallway due to the failed structure of the floor. The restaurant/bar was attended by someone who did not know how to operate the register- literally had to facetime someone for help and ultimately was unable to get it figured out so had to shut down completely. It took an hour to get help cashing out at the front desk because they apparently didnt have the ability to do it either.

    The facility is in a remodel phase. That explains my comment.
