    Ok.

    Location

    The room was ok but the chair had clear signs of wear and tear. The pull out sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable.

    The staff was helpful.

    The heating system was broken and made a terrible noise all night. I had to turn it off and take the blanket from the other bed to stay warm and get some sleep. The refrigerator made a loud humming noise. Both are old and need to be replaced.

    I didn't like anything they stole $522 from me and I can't get it back. They told me they're gonna refund me and they never did. I paid for a room using Booking.com.
