Room facing the fall on upper level was great.
Traffic. But once settled it was close to almost everything.

Very comfortable stay!!
It was a beautifully decorated suit, it had been completely upgraded since we last stayed. We had a view of the Skylone Tower and some of the large hotels which were very pretty in the evening when they were all lit up, also we could see the mist from the falls……The hotel is very welcoming! Unfortunately we didn’t manage to try the breakfast at the Keg, maybe think about extending your hours a little remember people are on holiday and don’t always want to be up and dressed for 7.00 and 8 o’clock in the morning. The location is very good, close to many attractions, stores, and restaurants as you walk down Clifton Hill to the falls, also parking at the hotel is excellent.
If I may suggest, a small coffee table at the side of the armchair in the lounge would be helpful, also in this day and age a ‘SAFE’ should be available in all rooms. Although we would have been able to have a microwave bought up to our room, we had been advised on booking that there were only so many to go around…..maybe put a microwave in all the rooms. We had to bring our own because it was important we had one in the room. One of the most disappointing things was when we arrived back to our suite on the last day we found our room not serviced, we were told that we hadn’t been scheduled for that day, one of the main reasons people book hotels is the fact that your beds are made & your room is serviced, for me of that is part of my holiday. After we asked they did bring fresh towels, although someone else had to come later and make the beds. When we stayed on other occasions, our room was serviced every day!! A note to Booking.com…You really need to update the hotel photographs on your site!
