    The location! I went to a concert at the Paycom Center i loved how closed the hotel was.

    The elevator buttons were so dirty but its understandable considering how many people were there.

    It was so disappointing. PLEASE reference of attached photo taken August 5, 2026 from my hotel

    I was not informed beforehand about paid off sight parking and HUGE development project across the street. My room was on the same side of the street as the construction.

    That my room and stay was not comped or given a complementary stay. I paid good money for what was supposed to be a classy hotel. The class was buried under a paid parking garage and a noisy construction site that made sleep impossible.

    A beautiful hotel in a prime downtown OKC location

    Super location! Great price! Bed was really comfortable and towels were soft and fluffy. Staff was wonderful at check in. We were asked if we would be willing to switch rooms and we did - received complimentary parking for both of our cars for switching. Yay!
