Disappointing stay: Terrible service and ignored by staff.Poor service and a major disappointment
"I really enjoyed my stay! The room and bathroom were both extremely clean. Having air conditioning throughout the entire place was fantastic. And oh my god, the view of the backyard was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here."
Unfriendly service and a huge disappointment for a birthday stay The staff was not welcoming at all. We woke up before 9:00 AM and went for a walk around the property before 10:00 AM. We wanted to take a few photos in the backyard before having breakfast, as we were told breakfast was served until 11:00 AM. During our walk, we noticed the pool was in poor condition—the bottom had a dirty, greenish-grey layer, likely from a lack of maintenance, which was very unappealing. By 10:55 AM, feeling hungry, we hurried to the breakfast area. However, a staff member told us we were too late and that they were closing, even though other guests were still sitting there eating. They directed us to the bar in the back for lunch, which was supposed to open at 11:00 AM. We arrived at the bar around 10:58 AM and sat down. Even though the sign said 11:00 AM, the place was still closed and not set up at all. Around 11:20 AM, we noticed a staff member near the kitchen and called her over. She told us there were no physical menus and that we had to scan a QR code. While we were looking at the digital menu, she simply walked away to another bar section. We selected our food and waited, but nobody ever came back to take our order. By 12:30 PM, after waiting for over an hour, we gave up. My stomach was hurting from hunger, and my wife felt that this was definitely not the right place to celebrate her birthday. The service was terrible. We left hungry without making a scene at the front desk and finally managed to eat lunch somewhere else around 12:37 PM. Very disappointing experience.
