Great staff, great restaurant and coffee shop. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Free Wi-Fi.
Room lighting needs improvement. Bath seat for children height. room cleaned every 3rd day is unacceptable. No safe in the room, the one in the front office is a joke.

Very clean and your staff was most helpful and friendly.
The main floor had plenty of seating, numerous televisions and plug ins for computers.
No shuttle to the airport

Comfortable sleep
Comfortable beds, quiet and well insulated, abundant free parking, large rooms, warm shower, quick check-in and check-out. Location is not central, but it took us under 20 minutes by car from the Château Frontenac with no traffic and it's what we needed. Little is accessible by foot around though but we had our car and we were in town for meetings.
A small detail, but while soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided, there was no moisturizer. Come prepared. Also, due to a large volume of conferences in town, we had to pay a disproportionately high rate for the night. At least, we slept well...
