Well-located hotel with great staff but disappointing room design and amenities
The location and the ambience were great I want to especially recognize Luke, the valet, who went above and beyond to assist us with parking our car and with our luggage. The folks at the front desk were also very helpful. The room was clean and nicely furnished.
The lighting in the room was subpar, and there was a broken light fixture above the desk. A very nice gentleman from engineering was not able to fix it without ordering parts, which was no fault of his. He made a valiant effort. More importantly, there were not proper outlets next to the bed for our cell phone chargers, and our chargers kept falling out of the lighting sockets which seemed unsafe. Also, it was impossible to control the thermostat properly to make the temperature in the room comfortable. The bathroom shower was weak, there was no rail for safety and there were not enough towel hooks.

Perfect location
It was very clean. The staff were super nice. And you couldn’t beat the location.
