    The staff was great with their greeting and communication.

    Their was contruction going on on the fourth floor and the crew cut a line in the sprinkler system causing water to leak down on the other floors. The fire alarm went off and we were restricked from our rooms for an extended time frame.

    Need to be reimbursed for the extra that was charged

    I had already paid in full for my room.i have a near 50 charge extra! Mold in the bathroom. Wasn’t worth what I paid.

    Visibly, the room was nice, the bathroom has mold in it. Not pleasant to the eye!

    Good location

    Great location near the airport. Helpful nice staff. Rooms fine a little bit tired and bathrooms could do with the mould being removed. Shuttle bus service excellent and desk staff friendly and helpful
