    Very nice stay. Would stay here again

    Starbucks breakfast was not good.

    The food and drinks were not on par with typical Starbucks fare.

    Great stay!!!

    Everything was great!! The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful!! My Walmart pillows at home were more comfortable than those!! Fluff them put you head down and you could feel it deflate!!!!

    Disappointed

    I had booked a balcony room over six months ago because we were coming down for a yearly concert at the Thunder valley casino and I had made reservations for a balcony room. We drove all the way down to the concert from Oregon and I wasn't ab;e to access my email account otherwise I would have checked in earlier. So when we got to the hotel, we are told our room wouldn't be ready for an hour or so we went for lunch. Upon our return from lunch we were told that our room wouldn't be ready until 5:00 pm. and we needed to be a t thunder valley at 5:15 for a meet and greet with the band so I would not have time to freshen up after driving for six hours before the concert. I almost made my husband just drive back to Oregon and forget the concert. So we didn't get our balcony room but were charged for a balcony room. I am super disappointed in Marriot and will not be staying with you next year when we come back down from Oregon.

    I wasn't given the room I had booked six months before our arrival date and it caused me great stress and anxiety.
