    Not satisfied.

    It was near shopping

My room request was not met. We were given a handicap room and it was very uncomfortable. We requested a balcony and it was not granted neither. We were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary and these accommodations not met was disappointing to us.. There was some sort of ticking, clicking noise as if it was in the plumbing so it was distracting our quiet time and sleeping. Was promised a daily discount and i haven't seen that reflected on my credit card yet.
