    BOM HOTEL COM UMA PESSOA MUITO RUDE NA RECEPÇÃO!

    Em Sarajevo preferíamos ficar em um hotel de cadeia internacional e escolhemos o Courtyard by Marriott Sarajevo. Como era esperado o hotel é agradável apesar de impessoal. O quarto no qual nos hospedamos era grande e confortável e o banheiro muito bom. No restaurante fomos muito bem atendidos e os pratos eram saborosos. O café da manhã é farto e muito bom. O hotel tem um rooftop bem bonito.

    O detalhe que destoa da descrição acima foi a grosseria com que o senhor da recepção nos tratou! Inimaginável que em um hotel dessa categoria tenha esse tipo de pessoa para receber seus hóspedes. Para que vocês saibam quem é essa pessoa, chegamos ao hotel por volta das 2:30 do dia 21 de Setembro.
