    With how the room was I don't think it was worth the $140 I spent for a night

    Nice location

    The ptac ac unit leaked water all over the carpet. You couldn't walk over by the window without splashing into water on the carpet. The condensate was either plugged up or the evaporator was frozen over. AC would short cycle and run for under 2 minutes. The bed was uncomfortable. One side was firm the other you sunk into. I was afraid I was going to tear the shower head off the wall cause it was hard to adjust. The faucet in the shower was bearly screwed into the wall as well. The stopper in the bathtub was messed up.

    Clean hotel POOR SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT

    The location was great to where I was traveling each day.

    I made the staff aware the night I checked in that the fridge didn’t work. So the food I brought in had to be trashed. Next evening nothing no repair or replacement . Spoke with another staff who ASSURED me it would be taken care of. Purchased more food came back that evening NOTHING DONE!!! Requested contact information of manager. I was told only can email. I emailed Nubian Medina 2 times with not 1 response. This is totally unacceptable!!! . I’ve attended this conference for 3yrs and stayed here for 2 yrs 6 days/ 5 night stay. Paid over $500 for poor service…..They WILL NOT have my business !!
