Hermoso lugar con oportunidades de mucha mejora
El diseño del hotel increíble, la amabilidad del personal muy satisfactorio, el menú del restaurante y calidad de alimentos muy malo. Uno no va a veracruz a comer hamburguesa ni club sándwich o chilaquiles fríos. Es necesario mayor limpieza me encontre cucaracha en baño y los elevadores en muy mal estado de limpieza

Location. Though none of the staff speaks English, they are very friendly.
Very old and run down property. Building lay up is very poor. There are water leakages unattended in common areas. No one speaks English.
