    It was really a combination of Booking.com and the hotel. I had requested a handicapped room as I am in a wheelchair. We wanted a king size bed, but we got two queens. We had to upgrade our room to have room to move around in it and that cost us an additional $300 the lady in charge at the hotel gave us vouchers for $60 each to eat at breakfast at the bistro which made the extra $300 . I believe next time I am in charge of the trip. I will go directly to the hotel and look at the rooms before booking a room.

    Inconvenient.

    The bed was comfortable

    We had to reuse towels, because we did not receive any new ones after asking twice. Both key cards stopped working and we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes to have them fixed.
