    Give this one a pass! Not a true Marriot

    I loved the view from our sixth floor balcony. It was beachfront too and close to lots of food. It had a Starbucks inside during certain hours. The indoor pool was very soft and buoyant with that salt water. Needed to be warmer

    First impressions were horrible as the staff was very rude. I wanted to see if I had a reservation here,as had put in your 37th north beach address to reserve. Sabrina would only address me even after I introduced my sister as the payee. She took all the charges and placed them on her card without speaking to her or answering her questions. The parking fee excessive and she told me they don't guarantee a parking spot, even though we prepaid for all six days and also the room hold 50 per day,wow! I wanted to pay those extra charges but she ran all on her card! She never spoke to her even once even while taking her card! The lip on the balcony door was so high it tripped us and difficult to open the door. Two tiny trash cans in whole room and we were informed that no cleaning would be done until the middle of our stay and reuse the towels!

    Great stay

    Everything was great. Met Marriott standards. Lobby was a cool place to hang out. Nice patio next to the boardwalk. We didn't buy the breakfast package but from what I could see, the buffet looked wonderful. Staff were very kind & accommodating. Our shower broke & they had a maintenance man up to fix it immediately. He was professional and courteous. Explained what he needed to do. Pool area was very clean & well kept. The water was crystal clear.

    The only thing I didn't like was there was a very strong smell of Marijuana when we were out on the balcony. I'm not a Marijuana expert, but I'm thinking it wasn't premium weed as it smelled like a skunk. Not the hotel's fault. Not sure how they could manage that.

    Good location but the hotel could be better

    Location to the beach. On-site Starbucks.

    Breakfast options were limited and should have been free in my opinion. Hallways were very hot. AC unit is old and very loud. Rooms were small and cramped. Housekeeping was limited and had to repeatedly ask for sheets, pillows, blankets.
