Really bad

WiFi wasn’t working correctly, elevator broken, and free breakfast was not included even thought it said it was free.

Overall not bad would stay again the bed was really comfy slept really good.
I like the options for the bistro and bar and the Starbucks you dont really get that at alot of places.
No free internet, small pool, ac was cold enough and the phone in the room didnt even work. Laughable.

As a senior room location is very important. Checking in I was given a very nice room on the third floor. When i returned to my room later in the day I was told that the elevator was broken and would not be fixed until that night and I would have to climb three flights of stairs. I recently had emergency surgery on my leg so going up stairs is extremely difficult. I managed to make it to my room with extreme discomfort. I reported my concerns the next morning and was told "sorry about that, I will tell the manager." This elevator problem is totally unacceptable. The hotel dodged a bullet as I didn't end up back in the emergency room
