  Scammers

This is my worst experience ever on Booking com and renting apartments. I was wictim of scam and fraud. I was rent aprtmant 95m2 with 2 bedrooms and i pay for that aparmant. The host was change apartmant and give me apartmant double smaller, about 40m2 with 1 bedroom and another location without knowing me for changing. When i asked to cancel reservation because that isnt apartmant which i vas booked and pay… They said me i can cancel reservation and they gona refund mu money. They said to me please be fast for cancellation and i was immediately cancelled. But then they are not accept my cancelation and keep my money. I try to contact with apartmant and they didn’t answer the call and they didn’t respond to me on messages. I was contac Customer suport of Booking com and they informed me that apartment want accept my cancelation. This is clasic scam. They switch apartment and they said to me that gona refund my money and now 7 days later they are not answer me. Please be aware.

Worst host and description I've seen

  Only the location is good.

The apartment was nothing like the description, pretty much everything was a lie, and the host was very arrogant and not helpful at all, threatening to cancel the booking when I called him.
