    Lovely, well equipped cottage - we loved it

    Beautiful place … really cosy and with a lovely piano! Perfect for the city centre and whilst we came by train the parking would have been handy if we’d driven.

    There was nothing we didn’t like but maybe a cosy mattress topper for a slightly cosier bed?

    Excellent base for our short visit to York.

    Location is excellent - only 5-10 minutes walk to town centre but quiet and relaxing. Area has its own distinct character with lots of community oriented pubs, cafes and restaurants. Terraced house is well furnished, with quality fixtures and fittings and thoughtfully laid out. All instructions easy to understand and apply. We would definitely stay again when in York.
