    They charge a refundable $100 fee for damage protection. I was told it would only take a week to recover the funds to my account. I still have not received it.

    Locked myself out.

    The entire staff. The very sweet girl who checked me in helped me get a room near my son. And got me late check out. The night manager, Cindy, she was just about the best, most genuine caring worker I have ever come across while traveling. I locked my self out of my room and she went above and beyond to keep me comfortable while waiting for maintenance to show up.. even got me a Starbucks coffee. The maintenance guys, when they got the door open, they were so kind and assured me it "happens more times than i would think" after I kept apologizing. And sweet girl at the Starbucks, shes a Rockstar and made me feel so comfortable... we ended up chatting for a few minutes. This hotel has the BEST employees.

    The shower water didn't get hot enough. But that was definitely the LEAST of my worries.
