Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    **An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!** We stayed at Courtyard Holiday Cottage No. 8, by Trident Holiday Homes, in Bettystown from October 7th to 14th, and we had the most wonderful time! First of all, a huge thank you to Mark, our host, who was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. We communicated with him by phone and messages, and he was always lovely to deal with. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, cosy, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We were three adults and two children, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms have large, comfortable beds, there are two bathrooms equipped with everything you might need, and the central heating made the cottage warm and cosy. But the kitchen deserves a special mention! It was equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly wish for — and even things I don't have in my own kitchen at home! Honestly, I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday accommodation anywhere I have travelled. Everything was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. There are squirrels everywhere, and we were even lucky enough to spot a fox! These little moments made the whole experience feel even more special. Everything was simply wonderful, from the beautiful cottage and its fantastic facilities to the peaceful surroundings and, of course, Mark's exceptional hospitality. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and were genuinely sad to leave. If we return to Ireland, there is absolutely no doubt that we will choose **Courtyard Holiday Cottage No. 8 by Trident Holiday Homes** again. A truly fantastic place that we wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you, Mark, for making our stay so special. We couldn't have asked for more! ❤️

    Great place for family or a group of friends!

    The property was very cozy, clean and spacious. Only a short walk to the town centre, the beach and stores. Bus to Dublin or Laytown train station just outside the gate! Perfect location for us, since we didn't have a car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee & tea, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Mark is the nicest, most helpful and service minded host we've ever met! We'd definitely come back.

    Floors upstairs were a bit squeaky, but we didn't really mind.

    Lovely house, lovely town and we met such welcoming and helpful locals.

    The location was excellent with nearby transport links. The D1 bus stops outside the front gate and goes into Bettystown and on to Laytown train station which is very useful. The property was clean and comfortable. It suited our purpose which was a short break exploring the local area.

    It was difficult to contact the property manager due to phone issues. I was also a little disappointed that the property did not have any available toiletries in situ or a welcome pack containing a couple of teabags for use on arrival.
