Wonderful location close to American Family Amphitheater, safe parking and comfy beds :)

Staff were nice and helpful. Lots of food and snack options for late night returns to the hotel and close parking in a secured parking ramp.

The bathrooms had hair from the previous stay in the shower, on the toilet and around the sink and did not seem very clean.

Perfect Downtown Location, but Dated Property with Few Amenities

Pros: The location of this hotel is fantastic. It sits right downtown within easy walking distance to a variety of great shops and restaurants. We got lucky during our stay and got to enjoy a local street fair right nearby, which was wonderful bonus. Cons: The hotel itself feels quite dated and stripped of meaningful amenities. Aside from the excellent location, the property felt very bare and uninspired for a Marriott brand. Overall: Come here for the walkability and convenience, but do not expect much from the actual hotel features.
