    Overall, it was a nice and quiet place to stay. My family and I would be back again.

    Janene's attitude, friendliness, initiative, and welcoming attitude.

    Front desk staffs' attitude. They are the first people travelers interact with. They must be more welcoming.

    The staff is great. The restuarant serves great lattes!

    Mold in shower. Parking area had garbage that wasn't picked up.

    Poor

    We did not have any meals at the hotel. We went to nearby restaurants for all meals.

    Stayed there 4 days and got room service only once. Had to request clean towels and bodywash at the front desk.
