    The decor and that there was a park/greenspace across the street. It was quiet, did not hear traffic noise etc.

    The air conditioner was loud and not working properly (room was humid). There was vent in the bathroom that you could see in to (it was creepy) and mold on the caulking around the base of the shower.

    Could of been better

    Our room had a rattling air-conditioner, hard to sleep. No soap in the shower soap dispenser. No water when we checked it, The lady at desk was very friendly and had me get one out where they sell them. The lady at Briscoe was rude, how she said, "We open at 5!" it was 4:45pm. Could of said, "I'm sorry, we open in 15 mins." No towels at pool. Our first night the door wouldn't open.
