    Everything down to the bar service. The bartender really stand out!!!!!!

    Exceptional customer service

    As a family we stayed at this location for a hockey tournament in the area and from the moment we arrived at the hotel the service was incredible and way beyond expectation. We were greeted by a man who was working on the desk on Thursday who had amongst the top customer service I have experienced while staying at hotels. Then throughout the stay we were continuously greeted by the staff and asked if we had concerns or issues. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the rooms are great.

    Fair

    I had a reservation for months. When I got there they said that I didn't have one. Even though I showed them my receipt, my reservation number and pin #. After a half hour they found it. You had my first name listed as my last name.
