    Not a good rest for the price i paid.

    Receptionist was very helpful and personable!

    Highway noise was very loud in the quest room. Landscape company started leaf blowing after midnight. Very upsetting to be woken . This is unacceptable for the price i paid. Staff members should have stopped this.

    Nice Hotel in South Portland, ME

    Hotel room was newly renovated & beautiful & clean. Desk clerks were nice. Shuttle drivers were fine. Bistro was overpriced & limited selection of food but food was good.

    I wont be back

    It was pretty inside. Bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was prompt and courteous.

    There was a pair of men's dirty underwear on the floor. The toilet had feces smeared in it, no microwave. The AC was not able to be adjusted. My most serious complaint was that upon arrival the window was unlocked and open. Although on the second floor it was accessible via a platform. Easy to just step into the room. The front desk said to just ck the room upon entry. No...too late if I walk in and someone is in there. I've traveled a lot for work for a health care company. They never allowd a first floor room to be booked for safety reasons and Always said NEVER enter an unsecured room. I wasnt impressed and definitely will not book there again.
