The hotel had a courtesy shuttle to the Mayo, which helped us tremendously.

Construction, but I know that this is necessary

Our room accommodation & customer service was great!

I would’ve appreciated being notified that there was construction going on making us utilize an adjoining hotels pool & restaurant. Plus, upon checkout my card had been charged multiple times due to what I believe to be an error with your system. The multiple times attempted created an alert on my card which in turn activated possible fraud & I had to use another form of payment.

    Right next to Mayo hospital

The daily $20 parking should show in the price of the room vs finding out that is additional when get there
