    DIRTY & THEY DON’T CARE

    Arrived to stained sheets that housekeeping seemed annoyed to have to change. Then I encountered 2 towels with yellow crust and hairs on them. I have pictures of all. When I was checking out and front desk offered for me to speak to GM who was onsite, she was “on a call” and said she would give me points which is not the solution. Housekeeping needs an overhaul. To date no points given & more importantly GM has never reached out to even apologize for my disgust and inconvenience.
