    客室のエアコンが破損していました。 それに気づき、交換を求めました。 その際に言われたのが、「交換できるか確認します、まあ除湿モードでも涼しいですけどね」 交換できなかったら除湿で我慢しろと言われたように聞こえました。 その後、交換していただいたエアコンは異音が10分ごとに鳴り響くお粗末なもの。結局、熱帯夜の中エアコンなしで寝ることに(外の方が涼しかったです) それを次の日の朝、フロントに伝え流石に何か誠意ある対応があるかと思い伝えると検討しますと。大人しくお待ちしていると、かき氷サービスするからそれでどうかと伝えてきました。 あまりの対応の悪質さに驚き、再度交渉しました。その後、一部返金を受けましたが謝罪は最低限。近くにいた実際にエアコンを交換したスタッフはこちらを煙たそうな目で見てくる始末。絶対にお勧めしません。

    The stay at Couscous was absolutely spot on! Beautiful glamping resort in the quiet town of Manazuru. It has good connection links to the main station if odawara. Perfect for exploring the Hakone region of Japan. The tents were very well equipt with fans, heating, usb's. Outside there was incredible decking areas with BBQs, and a large table and chairs. The site itself was extremely clean and the toilet and shower areas were always spotless and very modern. Overall I would 100% recommend this as a place to stay for a bit of peace and quiet after touring Japan! Thank you again Couscous! ❤️🤟

    大人も子どもも楽しめる場所でした。 キッズアクティビティ・貸し出しおもちゃ・遊具などたくさんありました。 スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で、また行きたいです‼︎

    ごはんがとにかく美味しい！　鹿肉のシチューがおすすめです。ホットカーペットなどの暖房器具が長時間つけていると自動で切れるので、寝る時は湯たんぽなどを用意するといいかも。
