    Clean and tidy, very good space and close to amenities

    The property is a little run down, light fittings not working, doors not opening and closing correctly, including the toilet door and very basic. Had to call the owner to get the key code before I could gain access.

    Horrible news experience, having used booking .com more than 15 times in las 6 months I would not u

    After travelling 200 mil s found no key in the locked key box . At 2200 I was unable to gain enterance. Had to drag my family 55 miles to Ipswich and pay 350 pounds. This despite advising my arrival time and confirming the lock code. Pathetic service.
