All guests attending are required to send a copy of a photo ID to the property prior to their arrival. The property operates a strict no party policy. If guests are found to have been having parties on the premises, this will lead to a penalty fee being charged by the property. Please note that the credit card holder's name must match the guest's name. An authorization form will be e-mailed to you to be filled in, signed by card holder and then e-mailed back to the property along with a copy of card holder ID. For security reasons, the property may contact guests prior to arrival to request a method of card verification. Guests are advised that the same card that was used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. Guests must also produce the ID that matches the name on the payment card.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
