Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel
Stayed here a few times now. It’s a classic old school hotel from days gone by. The staff aim to please, although like almost the entire service industry, English is not their first language. Which is fine but sometimes cumbersome. The hotel exudes class and the location couldn’t be better. Enjoy my stays here and when in London again will almost assuredly stay here.

Sehr gute Lage.
Ich finde es dreist, Trinkgeld automatisch, ohne den Gast zu fragen, auf die Rechnung zu buchen. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Die Wasserenthärtungsanlage ist zu hoch eingestellt, sodass die Seife beim Waschen nicht mehr von der Haut geht.
