Flat is ok if you make it passed the stairs
Good location for theatres
Communal areas (stairs) to get to the flat are beyond filthy. For the short periods you might want to put the tv on, it’s via the internet and the signal/ speed isn’t up to streaming tv.

Posizione dell’alloggio ottimale, appartamento trascurato e sporco.
La posizione ottimale per girare la città e il letto matrimoniale, molto comodo. Check in semplice e autonomo.
L’arredo è come nelle foto, ma mal tenuto. La casa in generale ha evidenti macchie di umido sul soffitto, soprattutto in salotto. Le sedie della cucina sembrano sporche perchè il tessuto è macchiato. Mancano ripiani dove appoggiare gli oggetti, soprattutto in bagno, dove non c’è neanche un appendi asciugamani. Mentre eravamo lì, mio marito ha iniziato a manifestare macchioline sulla pelle. Una volta rientrati in Italia, siamo andati in pronto soccorso: sono PUNTURE DI CIMICI DA LETTO. Essendo estese a tutto il corpo, erano per forza all'interno del divano letto in cui ha dormito (io e mia sorella abbiamo dormito nell'altra stanza).

Apartamento centrico pero algo descuidado
La ubicacion magnífica y la comunicación con los dueños muy rápida, muy amables y sin problemas en dejarnos media hora de salida más tarde.
La lavadora no es secadora y el tendedero estaba roto La conexión entre lavadora y fregadero estaba mal y se salía el agua El toallero del baño no funcionaba El wifi el primer y ultimo día no funcionaba Un tercero sin ascensor, escaleras estrechas y sin descasillo, es complicado subir y bajar equipaje
