Covino House by Dimorra

Check-in is fully automated and allows guests to access the property independently. After 20:00, access will still be possible through the automated system; however, any requests for in-person assistance or staff intervention will incur a EUR 30 surcharge, to be paid directly to the staff member. Please note that after 20:00, any malfunctions of the home automation system, for example, a lack of internet connection, failure of the electronic door-opening device, or other technical issues, cannot be repaired immediately and will not be attributable to our responsibility. Therefore, if the guest is unable to access the property, even following any staff intervention, the reservation may be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund. After 23:00, the availability of in-person assistance is not guaranteed. Please note that the property is located on the second-level floor with no elevator. A deposit may be required at the property.
