    Great location, excellent staff and excellent food in the restaurant. Good pool area.

    Rooms are comfortable but need a little updating.

    Beautiful hotel in a great location and wonderful staff, need some changes in the rooms.

    The staff was wonderful. Lisa, the concierge, helped arrange events; she was very informative and gave great recommendations. The Bar staff, especially Claudio, was so friendly and attentive. Very professional with a warm smile.

    For this type of hotel and in one of the higher-priced rooms, the lack of an iron and ironing board was disappointing. We had to ask for one every morning. Also, the shower is very small, and the door didn't close properly, so water splashed everywhere. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant Savino was magnificent; we ate there three times. The food was phenomenal.

    Mediocre at best 3 star hotel not worth the price.

    The pool and view !

    The lack of service, the noise, the size of rooms, the lack of attentiveness, lack of amenities, no rooftop bar at night for views. Not comparable to other 5 star hotels.
