Staff is really kind, generous to me. Room is bigger than my expectation.
I do not like smell of the room. (because my room is basement floor?)

Great location, Great Hosts
Wonderful location. Immaculate and comfy room. Had a very needed great rest. Walking distance to many many many restaurants . Hosts went above and beyond. Loved my stay.

This is an expensive place that is walking distance to everything but needs some more attention and care to details.
This place is walking distance to local shops and is easy to access.
Needs some fresh flowers to bring life to the old building. The manager seemed confused.

A lovely inn in the middle of Palo Alto
The room was spacious and pleasant. The little kitchen was a real bonus. I really enjoyed the coffee in the morning! Also the proximity to University Ave was a plus. I could easily walk to a cafe or restaurant from the inn.
The bed was very firm. That was okay for me for one night, but it could be a little much for multiple nights.
