    Scam!

    Didn't get any message about how to get in. Was messaging the owner, calling him 1000 times, didn't answer. Just took my money and left us on the streets! I didn't know there are scammers, horrible experience! And addition to that, the customer service isn't answering as well!

    Great location, great value for money

    This apartment is in a great location just a short walk away from the Old Town in one direction and Kadriorg Park in the other. There’s also a good supermarket a 2 minute walk away. The room was well maintained and had everything we needed including a kitchen area. We only received instructions on how to get into the apartment on the day we arrived, which would have been fine if we hadn’t expected them a week earlier as per our booking confirmation. The instructions were really clear and easy to follow, which was great as we didn’t arrive until well after midnight. Booking.com need to update the property listing as the phone number given was unresponsive which caused a lot of unnecessary uncertainty. The lady who contacted us on the day of arrival was really friendly and helpful.

    Being told that we’d receive instructions on how to access the property a lot earlier than we were - which would have been less of an issue if we hadn’t been planning to arrive well after midnight and with a child
