    Boa localização e estadia agradável!! 👍😉

    O espaço era confortável e tinha tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia e longa. O apartamento é impecável, mas precisa de algumas melhorias. A rua tem sempre estacionamento disponível e gratuito. Das 19h em diante, ainda se torna mais fácil estacionar. O local é bastante silencioso também. Com uma pequena caminhada, estamos logo na zona turística do Porto. Local impecável e perto de tudo. Embora tenha sido virtual, o contacto foi sempre feito e em tempo útil, logo senti-me sempre acompanhado pelo proprietário.

    Não gosto do termo não gostou, mas sim como poderia ser melhorado, pois o apartamento tem muito potencial. Sugestão de melhoria: - Colar os tacos ou substituir o chão, pois os tacos estão a saltar. Se não todos, praticamente todos. - Arranjar a fita do estore da janela da sala, pois estava estragada. - O terraço poderia ser agradável, se estivesse mais bem tratado. - A porta de acesso ao terraço tem de ser afinada, pois custa a abrir. - O óculo da porta da entrada tem de ser substituído. - Tendo em conta a má utilização dada ao apartamento por parte dos seus utilizadores ou a sua frequência de utilização , o mesmo no que diz respeito ás paredes deverá ser pintada com maior frequência. O espaço seria muito mais prazeroso se estes pontos fossem revistos.

    Nice base to discover Porto!

    Nice area easy to get to from centre of Porto about 20 minutes from the cathedral and some nice restaurants nearby shops and good bars nearby. Good size property with a good kitchen size, bedroom and shower.

    The flooring would move which made it a little slippery and had to use houseshoes. No instructions for anything really just general check in and check out - would have been good to have instructions for the TV as this didn’t work. Eventually found instructions for the sofa bed. Other than that all good.
