  Villa bonita

  La Villa esta muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila. Quisimos finalizar nuestro largo viaje en una villa con piscina privada, está bien en relación a calidad-precio. Pagamos más de lo habitual ya que justo había la competición de Moto GP y los precios estaban muy altos; Wina, la host, nos atendió muy bien por WhatsApp durante toda la estancia, preocupándose de que estuviéramos a gusto. La villa tiene Netflix, buen wifi y aire acondicionado. Cuando nos quejamos a Wina de las condiciones de la villa, nos atendió genial y al día siguiente estaba todo impecable y hasta nos ordenaron la ropa en los cajones.

  No estaba del todo limpio, habia zonas con mucho polvo, los armarios de la cocina están rotos y no cierran, el ventilador del comedor solo funciona en la potencia 5; quisimos hacernos un café al llegar y la ketle estaba completamente sucia. La Villa es preciosa, pero parece que está poco cuidada. Las toallas de ducha están manchadisimas de oxido. La zona exterior, el caminito hacia las otras villas, esta todo verde precioso lleno de plantas y muy cuidado, sin embargo el jardín de la piscina no lo está, no había césped y las plantas se veían poco cuidadas. Por otra parte no había mini bar, tal y como se indicaba en la información de bienvenida, no había ni una sola botella de agua, llegamos cansados y con mucho calor, y nos sorprendió que no hubiera agua ya que en todos los homestays y hoteles nos habían dejado una botella de cortesía. La Villa es preciosa, pero en general le hace falta más cuidado.

  The property is lovely - it is off the main strip and protected, with lovely security guards and super lovely staff. Wina went above and beyond to make sure we were really comfortable and happy our whole stay. Whatever we needed, she was more than happy to help. We stayed there for 3 weeks and we were comfortable. It is a lovely retreat and the layout of the villa is easy, lovely and calm. There is also a beautiful cat who wonders around outside and loves cuddles - if you’re a cat person.

  The villa is smaller than expected, and the bathroom is a little difficult to keep dry - not a lot of sunshine comes through so it can get very wet and slippery. The staff were more than happy to replace towels on a regular basis, so there are ways around this!

  Exceptional

  Suck an amazing place! The wonderful girl who worked there helped to arrange flowers and breakfast as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. Everything was clean, including the jacuzzi and pool. The location was a 3 min scooter ride to the center, but you sort of need a scooter to stay at this place. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! It’s just like the pictures, so lovely!
