    I’ve used the residences 5 times and this is the first I’ve had an experience like this , I rate 2/10 for room 2310.

    The location is good.

    Room had Zero toilet tissue. Bed sheets and pillow stunk like they haven’t been washed. Staff only brought us ONE roll of tissue and two pillow cases (they said they had no extra pillows) owner also charged us 800 pesos for a small stain on the bedsheet that I’m sure would’ve came off with a wash but still, 800 pesos is crazy.

    Great stay at the suites residences

    The check in and concierge service was top notch, friendly and professional. Location is perfect, and the bed was a dream to sleep in.

    The aircon unit shone a light into the whole room but manageable with a face mask, lol. Ear plugs needed if you're sensitive to traffic noise.
