    Lovely unit in a great location but mealtimes were extremely frustrating.

    Location was great being so near the Canberra Centre and public transport if needed.

    Cooktop was a disaster. We opted for an apartment so that we could do our own cooking. We could not work the cooktop at all as it needed to have special magnetized SMEG saucepans and as earlier owners have taken them, the saucepans supplied would not enable to cooktop to activate. The instructions supplied were inaccurate and in poor grammar being written by Chinese. The microwave was also a mystery, with no instructions at all. Does the owner ever use this place to live in or just collect rent from?

    Location was great. Easy walking to shops, cafes and venues The apartment itself was spacious. The premise was very secure.

    The parking spot was very difficult to find as there are three levels of parking. The numbers don't run in order. The apartment was not super clean - there was a build up of dust behind the bathroom door, grout in the shower had signs of mould and the dishwasher was still full. The air-conditioning filters needed cleaning. There was very limited tea and coffee. The safe were we needed to leave the key was locked. You need to exit the parking and then take the key back to the apartment which is a little inconvient.
