    The condo is in a great location. We walked to Old Town Scottsdale one night. It was a 25 min walk. The pool is right outside the patio door which was very convenient.

    The permanent owners at the complex are uptight. They aren't very friendly at the pool and have created some silly rules.

    The property itself is a great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and grocery. When we arrived the property smelled horribly of marijuana. Carpets do need cleaned.
