Owners unreliable, we were left stranded

We were not given the details to enter the property prior to our arrival and were left stranded with a baby and young child, hundreds of kilometres from home. The owners were unable to be contacted and we had to find alternative accommodation. They eventually sent a message at midnight, after booking.com customer service cancelled the booking and we were already in the other accommodation. It was an absolute nightmare.
