A great place to stay whilst in Austin
The property was perfect for our stay in Austin. Its location was good and the car was secure in the garage parking. The property was very well kept and clean, inside and out, and had all the facilities we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and especially found the pool a great relief in the hot August sun. Thank you.
Perhaps the only thing we would say was to improve on the information provided. To have a little more information available to explain things like how to operate the oven, the route to the pool area, any provisions provided. We didn’t find the washing tablets and bin bags until end of our stay. These are only minor details but might help guests.

Odors, unprofessional host and no coffee pot!
Pool
1.The host was unprofessional 2.No coffee pot 3.There was mildew linens/comforter that stank up the whole place-bad obvious odor - host disregarded us and was rude smell never left. We had to search for smell and found it was the comforter and linens Cleaners came back, took linens and apologized. We asked where we could find a coffee pot... and we were told we could leave if we wanted to. Host also made sure we knew that "non of their rentals had coffee pots" It's a 2 bedroom apartment! Need a coffee pot 4.The hall carpets are filthy 5. Very long, windy halls, all 3 of us got lost at some point in stay-kinda eery feeling.
