Overall 6/10. The beds aren't so great.
Location was amazing.
We experienced water intrusion at the front door and into our bedroom after a day of rain. Our dirty clothes were piled in a corner and we discovered them to be quite wet. Bed consisted of two mattresses thay weren't the greatest.
