Place very comfortable, clean, private and the hosts were quick to answer questions I asked.
The location was great. Close to restaurants and highways.

Kein Toilettenpapier im Bad drauf. Dreckige Bettwäsche Kein sauberer Boden Kakerlaken im Haus Toaster , Gläser, Gefrierschrank dreckig Keine Privatsphäre und laut.

Disappointing apartment
Free parking right at the front door / a bottle of wine & 2 granola bars / free WiFi available
Access: keypad not working – took us more than half an hour to get inside after concierge called back. General impression: on Booking.com photos the place appears quite bright and cozy; in reality it is a dark cave (see picture). Cleanliness: apartment was in poor condition - hairs in the sink, filthy windows, food scraps in the sink strainer, a completely grimy grill, a dirty frying pan, and a broken dishwasher (for which only two detergent tabs were provided), towels extremely worn out. Equipment: no hairdryer at all, lights above the kitchen counter and stove not working. Despite immediate feedback, none of the aforementioned issues were resolved—no cleaning was done, no hairdryer was provided—to say nothing of receiving an apology or price reduction. All that came was a request to leave a 5-star review for the hosts.
