    Good value for money

    The location was very good. Nearby shops and restaurants were a great convenience. Street parking was also easy.

    In general, the smell of chlorine upon entering was extremely intense. It's worth switching to cleaners with a less aggressive odor and airing out the rooms before guests arrive.

    Good value for money

    Excellent location, close to a service center with a grocery store, restaurants, a gas station, and a pharmacy. For those traveling with children, there is a square near the basement with a very good playground. Relatively close to downtown Calgary and 10 minutes from the airport. The basement is quite spacious and features large, comfortable beds, a kitchen equipped with the basics, and a very useful laundry area, as it includes a washer and dryer. The heating works very well and is easy to adjust. It doesn't have its own parking lot, but you can park on the street right in front of the house without any problem.

    It isn't clear from the main page that it's a basement unit. There is some noise from the people living in the main house, but nothing that was particularly bothersome. They could improve the general cleanliness; for example, there was dirt under the sofa and the beds.

    I travel a lot and these were one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located.
